Julie Topf is Program Manager for the Climate & Energy and Science Panel for the Amazon (SPA) teams at the SDSN, where she leads international teams of scientists to advance evidence-based decarbonization strategies and Amazon conservation policy. She oversees high-impact initiatives including the SPA Youth Advisory Committee and has previously supported the Council of Engineers for the Energy Transition (CEET) and the International Conference on Sustainable Development (ICSD), promoting research, engagement, and actionable solutions. Julie holds a B.S. in Ecosystem Science and Policy and a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish, with advanced proficiency in Portuguese.
