As an Education Manager at the SDG Academy, Kayla creates and curates professional training programs for diverse audiences across education, policy, and industry, supporting global efforts to advance sustainable development. Her work spans the design of high-impact learning materials and learning pathways, as well as providing pedagogical guidance to ensure their effective integration into academic and professional development contexts.
In addition to her education work, Kayla manages the Book Club with Jeffrey Sachs podcast, overseeing content planning, production, and coordination with high-level guests. She also brings strong experience in high-level event planning and stakeholder coordination, drawing on her background as Events & Partnerships Lead and UN Focal Point for SDSN Youth, where she supported global convenings and cross-sector collaboration.
Kayla holds dual master’s degrees in International Development and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
