SDSN Partners with Monash University's 360info on 'Summit of the Future' Op-Ed Series
The Summit of the Future took place last week in New York during the United Nations General Assembly high-level week, bringing world leaders together to forge a new international consensus on how we deliver a better present and safeguard the future.
To reflect on this critical moment and utilizing the expertise of SDSN’s vast global network, the SDSN partnered with Monash University's 360info on a special op-ed series centered around the five major themes of the summit, including (1) Sustainable Development and Financing for
Development; (2) International Peace and Security; (3) Science, Technology, Innovation, and Digital Cooperation; (4) Youth and Future Generations; and (5) Transforming Global Governance, with gender equality as a cross-cutting topic. The articles in the series focus on the key challenges facing these thematic areas and present practical solutions to
overcoming these challenges to meet the demands of the 21st century.
