Climate Innovation Projects Across Europe

Under the stewardship of the Networks program, the SDSN leads efforts to enhance the visibility and impact of EU projects funded by programmes, such as Horizon Europe and Erasmus+, that create systemic solutions and innovative approaches to enhance climate mitigation, adaptation, and resilience across Europe.

Recent efforts have included expanding access to climate adaptation knowledge through a free MOOC; piloting an SDG implementation course to strengthen sustainability skills development; and advancing a sustainability-integrated VET curriculum endorsed by multiple European Centres of Vocational Excellence.

Current EU-funded projects include UNICO, CARMINE, and CATALYST. Former projects include ARSINOE and IMPETUS.
