SDSN Philippines, hosted by the University Sustainability Office at De La Salle University, and established in 2015, mobilizes its members in the Philippines and leverages their strengths to help realize the SDGs. Key activities include: SDG localization across key regions in the country, empowering youth to creative innovative solutions for a sustainable future, and organizing a webinar series on food systems, carbon neutrality on campus, and education for sustainable development.

Localized Solutions at the SDSN Philippines Visayas Roadshow

In October 2025, SDSN Philippines hosted the first in its series of national roadshows, "Localizing SDG Solutions: Knowledge Partnerships for a Sustainable Future," in Iloilo City. The session featured two panels including experts from academia, local and national government, and the social sector, followed by a small group discussion on achieving the SDGs at the local level.

Celebrating the 10th Anniversary of Laudato Si'

Ateneo de Manila University, together with Caritas Philippines, Living Laudato Si' Philippines, the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP), and SDSN Philippines, hosted the Laudato Si' Summit and Festival, "Wellsprings of Hope in Schools and the Church for our Common Home." The event welcomed over 400 participants, sharing practices in living out the message of Laudato Si'.

SDSN Philippines and Business for Sustainable Development Present a Screening Event of 'Beyond Zero'

The Journey to Regenerative Business: Leadership and Vision in Corporate Sustainability brought together Philippine business leaders to reflect on the film and explore how to embed sustainability at the core of their corporate strategy.

Networks' Solutions Highlighted at Regional Forum

Both of SDSN Philippine’s solutions were selected to participate in the inaugural Asia-Pacific Solutions Forum hosted by SDSN in Sunway City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These solutions initiatives were the “Community-led Central Kitchen Model for Feeding School Children” presented by Dr. Carmela C. Oracion from the Ateneo Center for Education Development and “Advancing Client-centered Care and Expanding Sustainable Services for TB” presented by Mr. Elvin Ivan Y. Uy of the Philippine Business for Social Progress, Inc.
