SDSN Türkiye is focused on SDG 4, promoting Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) as well as supporting the work of the SDG Academy and the Global Schools Initiative. The network collaborates with UNESCO and the Ministry of National Education of Türkiye on ESD, Climate Education, and Action for Climate Empowerment. The network has organized several educational programs around the SDGs for K-12 school teachers (including vocational ones) and students aged 6 to 25, such as 'Teachers 2030: Mobilization for SDGs and Climate Action' with the support of Schneider Electric. Finally, the network translated UNESCO's ESD Goals Learning Objectives, ESD for 2030 Roadmap and SDG Academy course 'How to Achieve the SDGs'.

SDSN Türkiye advocates for climate education and the transition to a low-carbon economy. In that sense, the Network organized a workshop at the UN's Conference of Parties (COP28) in Dubai on the Role of Universities on Decarbonization. As an active policy entrepreneur, SDSN Türkiye presented its activities on Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE), education, and advocacy to mobilize universities, government, ministries, and NGOs for the transition to a low-carbon and circular economy during the year. SDSN Türkiye elaborated on its initiatives fostering collaboration in the region and presented SDSN's Net Zero on Campus initiative at COP28 and in various activities.

SDSN Türkiye organized conferences on the 'Triple Transformations' and 'Sustainable Tourism' for the localization of the SDGs convening government, the private sector, NGOs and academia. The network organized various events and programs around different SDGs, and developed training material and e-learning content for different sectors. It participated in various conferences to present SDSN activities and expand SDSN Türkiye's impact. Leveraging SDSN's global Sustainable Development Report (SDR), the network mobilized institutions and society to accelerate the achievement of the SDGs. The 2023 SDR was widely disseminated thanks to the network’s active participation on TV and other media channels, as well as through their written contributions in sustainability magazines.

SDSN Türkiye carried out consultations on green and digital transformation for various sectors, based on the Sustainable Development Report and the SDG Index. The Network also organized an event on the World Happiness Report 2022 with experts from Columbia University. Additionally, SDSN Türkiye participated in ICSD 2023 with its research titled 'Exploring Teachers’ Reflections on the Sustainable Development Goals and Climate Change Teacher Training Program.'
