Our Networks
The SDSN mobilizes the world’s leading academic and research institutes and leverages their strengths to help promote practical solutions to sustainable development challenges and realize the SDGs and the Paris Agreement. Spanning six continents, the SDSN network comprises over 2,000 member institutions, primarily universities, coordinated by 59 National and Regional Networks.
The SDSN’s national and regional networks focus on distinct projects and priorities in line with their local contexts and challenges. Our Networks translate the latest expertise in sustainable development into action by: (1) Promoting high-quality education and research collaboration for sustainable development; (2) Localizing and mobilizing support for the SDGs, including supporting governments in understanding and addressing the challenges of sustainable development; and (3) Vetting and launching solution initiatives.
